Alpha proportion EA follows EMA defined trend with controlled aggression. Expert advisor uses proportional averaging in the direction of EMA defined trend.Leverage on consecutive averaging trade is not increased, what makes it relatively conservative.Risk reward ratio is always proportional (Target for 1 trade - 1USD, Target for 10 trades - 10 USD). Expert advisor is performing amazingly well in trending market. It is also effective at the range created at the end of the trend. All positions are closed upon trend reversal. How does it work

Trend is defined by exponential moving averages. EA will trade in the direction of trend, opening averaging trades with steady averaging interval and same lot size. EA will be looking for target profit that will be proportionate to the number of opened trades. Reward is therefore more proportional to the risk (number of open trades). Loss will be accepted only on trend reversal.

Inputs

• EMA filter: Trend filter. Change of trend will trigger closing of all active trades (EMA crossover). EMA fast closing above EMA slow signals uptrend. Short trades only. EMA fast closing below EMA slow signals downtrend. Long trades only.

• Averaging interval in points: Distance in points between consecutive averaging trades.
• Max number of trades: Maximum number of trades that can EA open per market side.

• Target profit: Target profit in account base currency for all averaging trades. Initial target profit is multiplied by the number of opened trades.
• Max loss: Max loss in account base currency for all averaging trades.
• Take profit points: Take profit points for each individual trades when using expert advisor as directional grid.
• Close all trades: Manually setting input to true will close all existing trades. Expert advisor will also stop trading. Set again to false to restart trading.
• Closing module: All existing trades will be closed when trades reach max loss/target profit. Individual trades can also be closes on take profit. EA will also close existing trades on EMA trend reversal.
• Lot Size: Lot Size for each trade
• Magic number: Magic number for buy and sell trade. Do not use expert advisor with any other trading robot on the account. Do not open any manual trades either. This expert advisor uses account floating profit/loss in calculations.
• MAX slippage: Maximum acceptable slippage for expert advisor to enter the trade
• Spread filter: Define maximum acceptable spread for EA to enter the trade
• Note: Due to the use of equity liquidation model, EA can work only on one currency pair per account. Also, no manual or other EA operated trade can be opened while EA works.
• Note: EA will wait 1 minute after successful trade (or trades) before entering another position.

Note to historical testing:

Please note that the MT4 historical test will not achieve adequate results on tick data !!! According to our experience with forward testing, aggressive liquidation model resembles reality more closely when applied on control points data.

With aggressive systems, historical testing needs to be taken with a grain of salt - forward test is a must. To gauge the performance of the system, use FREE demo to forward test it. You can also observe system behaviour on visual test.

SELL

• EMA fst trending below EMA slow. Downtrend.
• EA will trade only short trades.

Closing

• Target profit: Multiplied by number of open sell trades.
• Take profit points: Applicable when using EA as a directional grid.
• Max loss: Defined in account base currency
• Trend reversal: EMA fast closing above EMA slow. New uptrend.
• Manually closing the trades: Setting close all trades input from false to true

BUY

• EMA fst trending above EMA slow. Uptrend.
• EA will trade only long trades.

Closing

• Target profit: Multiplied by number of open sell trades.
• Take profit points: Applicable when using EA as a directional grid.
• Max loss: Defined in account base currency
• Trend reversal: EMA fast closing below EMA slow. New downtrend.
• Manually closing the trades: Setting close all trades input from false to true
